At the Institute of Dermatologists, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clinical skincare purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship to Clinic

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our distribution center for inspection.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our dermatological team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
